I invite you to take part in training tennis matches every Saturday from 15:00 to 20:00 and every Sunday from 18:00 to 20:00, on other days by agreement!
What are the benefits of training tennis matches
You will be able to:
- Meet players of different levels and playing styles;
- Work on your hitting technique (serve, return, groundstrokes,volley, smash…) in various game situations in singles and in doubles;
- Train and develop your tactical thinking with different opponents;
- Practise and improve your psychological skills (motivation, concentration, emotional control, control of thoughtsl…);
- Improve your fitness (speed, endurance, agility, flexibility, strength);
- Switch from the daily routine and get positive emotions that are so necessary in modern life;
- Make new acquaintances that can be useful for life and for playing on the court.
